Localized Cryotherapy

Local cryotherapy is used to target specific localized areas that are in pain or inflamed to cold temperatures between -240°F to -256°F for about 5 - 10 minutes per location. Local Cryotherapy has been used for cellulite reduction, reducing inflammation, athletic recovery for specific problem areas, and relieving any forms of pains from, for example, a surgery. Almost any part of the body can be treated externally with the localized cryotherapy treatment. Some of the most common treated areas include the neck, upper back, lower back, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and heel for plantar fasciitis.
